His plunge into Real Estate was fortuitous, the ropes displayed to him firsthand by an equally capable and sincere agent friend who helped him auction off his HDB flat. Due to his assistance, the transaction was smooth and stress-free for Terence despite all the technicalities and ramifications involved. He was wowed by his friend’s fantastic skills, and decided to become a professional himself so that he could impart this same benefit he enjoyed to others.
